Eric and Chantine are both graduates of Trinity Valley Community College, they both attended area universities
Eric (HBU), Chantine (University of Houston). Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts from Houston Baptist University.
Raised in the East Texas Area we moved to the Houston area as a result of Chantine's job transfer with
Wal-Mart Distribution where she serves as Operations Manager. Eric serves as an educator within the Houston
Independent School District at Milby High School. We began our journey into this business as a result of being
taken advantage of as we bought our home. One principle that we live by is "People perish for a lack of
knowledge," and knowing this principle we began to get more knowledgeable about the home buying process
since we had a few people tell us the same stories. Now our goal is to simply help people achieve their dream of
Home Ownership with truth, integrity and total respect for each and every one of our clients.

As a Operations Manager, Chantine has been a leader in productivity. She has been Employee of the Month
enough times to make a year. Chantine's various area's are always at the top in productivity. As a Loan Officer
with Texas Supreme Mortgage she plans on being the company's Top Producer in 2008!!
Eric has been nominated Coach of the Year, Teacher of the Year (2007,2006,2002) during his teaching and
coaching career. During his tenure as Track/Basketball/ Cross Country Coach he won several District
Championships, made numerous Regional Appearances, including one trip to the State Championship Game.
However, our biggest accomplishment is the four children that we share Jackie, Mike, Ariana and Erica. All of whom
are in school and doing extremely well. They are truly a blessing.
